Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions, purchases, quotations, and orders with Shoot Cards UK and with all customers. The placing of an order, via any method, including via our website, indicates your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through you must be at least 18 years of age and we have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you, without the need to offer or give a reason.
1. No Waiver
Our failure to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of our rights or remedies in respect of any present or future default of the Customer in performance or compliance with any of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of Goods/Warranty and Liability
Although we warrant that the goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by us all products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications, and advertising are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.
3. Products
We reserve the right to alter any details of products without notice and while every effort is made to describe goods accurately on the website or via advertisement no warranty is given as to the accuracy and no responsibility will be accepted for error or misdescription and any resulting loss.
4. Supplied Customer Artwork
All photographs, illustrations, drawing or any other form of artwork supplied by customers must be supplied in an electronic digital format at 300dpi ready for the design process. Shoot Cards UK is not responsible in any way for any images or supplied artwork that may print blurred, pixelated or any other fault or error, due to customer supplied artwork if it is less than 300dpi or of any other inferior quality.
If you are unsure if your artwork will meet the required resolution and specification, please call and speak directly to us. But we strongly advise all customers to only use professional sources for artwork supplied.
If the artwork supplied is not of the required standard will attempt to contact you in order for you to re-supply the artwork in the correct format, or to make amendments and attempt to get your order into print as soon as possible.
In most cases, Shoot Cards UK will attempt to amend your artwork for you without charge if it is simple. However, we may have to charge for alterations which cannot be resolved quickly, and any such charge will be advised beforehand. Any delays in artwork not being supplied ready for the design and print process may lead to your order being delayed in delivery.
5. Complaints
Any complaints must be made within 24hours of receiving your goods in writing, ideally, via email, we cannot accept any complaint via telephone or other means. Any complaints made after this time period are void of any right to refund or reprint. We have the right to resolve any complaint within our own discretion and we will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of markets, loss of reputation, loss of customers, loss of use, loss of an opportunity even if we had knowledge that such damages or loss might arise or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss howsoever arising including without limitation breach of contract, negligence, wilful act or default.
6. Printing Defects & Errors
All products supplied by Shoot Cards UK will only be printed after the approval of the customer, this may be via an online signature to indicate acceptance and approval for printing. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details on the proof are correct, this includes, but is not limited to, spelling and design. In the unlikely event that we have printed a document incorrectly and it is found to be our fault then we will supply a full re-print without cost to the customer. If the customer wishes to alter the artwork on any such re-print, then this will be treated as a new order and be consequently charged for.
7. Quantity Changes to Orders
Any changes in quantity ordered must be made in writing, via email, before the commencement of the print processing. Any increases in the order will be regarded as a separate contract unless written notification is received before work commences on the original order. Additionally, we reserve the right to alter the delivery date in such circumstances.

Our paper cannot be compared like for like to other printers, as paper may vary slightly from paper’s smooth, rough, colour, grain etc. plus, we cannot give 100% guarantee of the paper grams (GSM) from our printers with a certificate of paper grams, a plus or minus 5% variation of paper grams (GSM) can happen.
10. Delivery
Delivery guidance will be given at the start of the print process. Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery day specified is a ‘best endeavour’ and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods. We will do our absolute best to ensure that an order is dispatched from our printers on the day specified for overnight next working day delivery. We cannot give an exact delivery time guarantee or that the delivery will be made on an indicated time, as we must rely on third-party delivery companies and couriers. But there is a high probability that the delivery times quoted will be maintained.
Shoot Cards UK shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. We will not be under any liability whatsoever if we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond our control, this includes any delay which may occur through international customs for items being delivered overseas. Any delivery times given are estimated and might be extended in connection with a high volume of orders or other conditions beyond our control.
If an order is delivered to the wrong delivery addresses due to the customer providing us with the wrong delivery address, then it may be possible that the consignment will be returned. In the event of this happening, we will attempt to arrange for re-delivery of the consignment to the correct address and a charge for the additional delivery cost will be payable. If the parcel can be intercepted before it is returned to Shoot Cards UK, then we will do our best to get the consignment re-delivered to the new address without any cost.
